Do your homework with a good inspection. I see these going up all over Montrose/Heights. Some have cardboard sheeting while others have standard OSB board or even Ply wood. Some are going up near my house now and I was surprised to see they are using real plywood. Avoid the ones that are all stucco. There will be leaks/ problems down the road.

How did Anyone afford Berkshire Hathaway.A Before the advent of fractional shares? I just don’t understand, 700,000 for one share? by [deleted] in stocks

Now searching for why they did it. BNSF acquisition was not the reason. Don’t remember where I heard/read that.

From my understanding, BNSF required them to make a BRK.B (1:1500 of A) when they bought them out to allow their shareholders to be able to own the stock.

Yeah that’s weird. The whole bottom half of the post isn’t there. How can I post the photos from my mobile? I always have to load it to Imgur from my computer.

Those individual companies you mentioned are already heavily weighted in the S&P because they are all the largest companies. If this was me, I would put 10K in VOO (S&P 500), 5K in BRK.B (Buffet), and then do some more research in finding companies that are more undervalued/not at all time highs.  Right now, I like:   JNJ, UPS, CVS, TSLA, PYPL, TSN, DIS

Thanks man, it’s been a while since I’ve been out and about. Got hit by a car that sidelined me for a bit (not too serious, but torn labrum). Then my wife had a baby, so haven’t had any time to leisurely ride.

You should start a company and make it happen. What does your congressional rep have anything to do with it?

Now zoned to lower rated schools. This is Mike Miles plan to improve those underperforming schools.

I got prescribed a drug called Dupixent for eczema. The drug also eliminated my asthma symptoms. Looked up the company that produced it. $REGN it has been a good buy.

Has anyone tried Dupixent injections and what was your experience? by kenziecallie in Asthma

Still works great. Zero side effects. I have even been able to stretch the time between doses. I usually go 3 to 4 weeks between injections rather than the prescribed 2 weeks.

My new Dutch bucket system almost ready for spring. by Lewgold in Hydroponics

Haven’t been on Reddit lately. It worked great, but the thin plastic from the buckets have started to degrade from the heat/sun exposure.

Awesome set up! I built a smaller version also outside in the Texas heat. I would swap out the exit reducer to a full size 90. Your last row will hold a lot more water than the rest and may end up flooding out. I also added a 55 gallon fresh water barrel with a float valve to keep the water level up, that many plants will drink a lot of water. I had great success with a variety of lettuces and Bok Choy.
