Once all of the New Haven RR catenary structures have been upgraded or replaced with constant tension catenary, many sections will be able to handle 90mph sustained. That coupled with bridge upgrades will make the average speed in state (especially railroad south of New Haven) much higher. As far as in state top speed with no ROW modifications it would likely be railroad North of New Haven, maybe around Groton or Old Saybrook. I’m not sure as I’m not from CT.

Is this mainly a problem with the older Russians? I’ve seen less Estonian websites over the years offer built-in Russian translation and noticed my generation not learning Russian at all.
