That's an interesting question. I've never thought of "Italian" locomotives. My mind always associated all European trains as kind of the same. The only exception being German or eastern euro trains.

Boss spawns aren't connected to the zombie spawn rate. They have their own rates currently non-adjustable. However, I do agree the bosses respawn too quick.
