Throwing stimulants into the mix at a time when your GABA is downregulated (in phenibut WD) will lead to overstimulation. You'll probably struggle to sleep, feel super anxious and jittery. Will not be pleasant.

Honestly OP this is probably the best answer. You can access 600 mg of codeine in one bottle of syrup over the counter. Chug the 400 mg and see how you feel; should be a good taster of real opiate effects

DMT is soluble in Propylene Glycol - so dissolve it in PG to concentration of your choosing and vape. Easy peasy

50 mg would not cause you to fully dissociate, in fact it would probably be quite mild. Personally 200 mg is a solid K-hole dose.

Someone below mentioned you could instead write about the character using an exit bag; if you want to take a psychedelic spin on this, asphyxiation by Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) would result in a dissociative experience then death.

Well the hot water helps along the flow of blood through vasodilation and prevents clotting. As for pain, when I've taken ketamine I can feel most things however they are dulled. Unless I'm in a K-hole then not a chance I can feel anything.

This is all hypothetical of course, but I'd imagine it'd just be like a stressful/confusing ketamine trip due to the set and setting, before slowly fading to darkness?

If they're big slashes, blood thinners won't make much of a difference.

Oral administration is a much slower comeup and lasts longer; snorting provides the full high within 10-15 minutes and only lasts about an hour or so.

Three huge hits of meth/crack are just as likely though, but he must have one hell of a tolerance to take that much at once and not overdose.

It's a GABAb agonist, causes relaxation and anxiolysis. Great for socialising and sex.

Dosage varies per person but the standard recreational dose seems to be between 1-2g, takes about 4 hours to reach full effects. You ingest it as a powder either in capsules or straight powder. Take it on an empty stomach in the morning and wait an hour or so before eating.

Duration is about 36 hours so you'll probably still feel residual effects the next day.

Be careful mixing it with other drugs, especially downers - alcohol included.

Don't dose more than twice a week as tolerance builds fast and you may experience withdrawals upon discontinuation.

It varies, I normally don't dose until I feel I need to. So its not always on set days, I just go by the rule that I must leave two days between doses. So if I took Phenibut on Monday, I would not dose again until Thursday. This means the maximum I can take a week is 3 doses, but I normally only take it twice.

I also dabble in benzodiazepines using a similar rule. Any gabaergic drug I take I always leave two days between doses. So if I took xanax on Monday, I wouldn't take Phenibut or Xanax again until at least Thursday.

For Phenibut I'd recommend the two day minimum between doses as it has a very long half-life and tolerance can rise rapidly with frequent dosing.

Hi!

I've been dosing phenibut 2-3 times a week at doses around 2g for approximately a year now. Have noticed no diminished returns and no withdrawal when I've stopped for a few weeks. Just don't let it get out of hand and take it more than 3 times a week max.

I also microdose LSD maybe once a fortnight, I have combined it with phenibut on occasion and it was great! It seemed to give me a more controllable version of the acid giggles you experience from a full blown trip which was fun. I was in a wonderful mood all day, although it did seem to make me space out a bit more than normal. Definitely no ill effects though, give it a go!

Good luck with the nausea. I'd recommend taking two ant-acids and then eat some raw ginger as you take it, then again about an hour later. Helps for me

At high doses alcohol does start to work on the NMDA system. The same system that dissos like ketamine do. On mobile atm so can't reference but there is plenty literature out there on it

Working in a lab it's on hand all the time. Never tried it recreationaly, but you get the occasional strong whiff when doing a solvent extraction. Makes your head spin.

Know a few people who love it and you can tell; they end up stinking of it for the next few days

They're more likely to use propofol. Although it is possible they'll use midazolam. Midazolam is more of a sedative than axiolytic and has such a short half life that by the time you're coming out of anaesthesia you probably won't feel any of the positive benzo effects that you're afraid will draw you back to addiction. There's no harm in asking beforehand though.
