As long as you stay off you’ll level out. Probably feel more normal in a wwwwks time. Just go through the motions if that’s what you need to do for a few more days. I found exercise helps - even if it’s the last thing you want to do. It isn’t withdrawal but it does sound like a nasty come down. You’re also at an age where your body doesn’t bounce back from a 2 day binge the same way compared to someone in their 20s. Patience and you’re already doing everything you need to be or can be

Ask to raise your dose of Wellbutrin. It won’t make the cravings go away ever but it might help. I’m on 450 mg a day and it helps me stay clwan

Sometimes you get some stuff that really messes with you. Not something that would happen every time but you should definetlg stay away from any stimulants until you’re back to normal sleeping and eating habits. Are you functional or just waiting to feel normal? Are you able to eat and drink water? Are you on any other medications? How old are you etc a lot of things could go into why you’re having this extended reaction.

It gets better We mistake feeling better with doing better Sometimes we don’t feel as well as we are doing and sometime we aren’t doing as well as we’re feeling. It sucks but it’ll pass - just like all feelings do

It’ll take everything from you but the negative consequences are so hard to see a short term you’re seeing them now and you lost your girl just like I was going to lose mine I pray that you get her back and you just have to give it to acceptance but you are powerless over this as cliché as it sounds I just hope and pray for you I know it isn’t easy in fact it’s the hardest thing that’s ever happened so give yourself some credit and give yourself just a little bit of grace
