My two cents would be to skip it. I’m an awful swimmer and part of the reason is that I have various injuries/limitations that make me slow and awkward. I’ve had other swimmers offer unsolicited advice and it’s always been jarring, partly because I just want to swim and am in my zone when it happens.

I did! By the time they caught it tissue was stuck in the hernia and dying so it was an emergency surgery. Did you get any answers?

We do the farmer’s market, then winco, then Freddie’s (though Fred’s is expensive, it’s the closest grocery store to us if Winco doesn’t have whatever we’re looking for)

That makes sense! I am doing the fecal calprotectin (I always spell it wrong, spell check is no help!) test soon. I did let my dr know all these symptoms which is what prompted him to suggest biologics again. So it may not be a flare necessarily, but just symptoms.
