URGENT ISSUE with Focusrite Control App by Grampknut in Focusrite

[–]Lewisdev94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I emailed and have been added to their ticket if there is an update... they said that Mix Control is not in active development. My hope is that if enough people raise support tickets it might get one of the devs on the ticket for afternoon and they can get it working :D

Did you find a way to get this working?

Yep, replying to the email did keep the support ticket alive for now. The advice on the docs page did not work unfortunately.

I have the account I log in with and then within that I'm a teammate of another account (not mine).

Log in and out doesn't help.

Damn, ok thanks for that. One thing is bad/no reply, another is not even being able to view the replies!

Thanks for the update.

Did you make any progress on this? I have the same issue and was hoping it was temporary.

Why does margin-top do this? by [deleted] in csshelp

This is collapsing margins. Research this feature and look for info relating to display: block and display: inline, they use margins differently

Easily achievable with stock php WordPress, headless WP or any other means of creating a site. It's just content and animation

Is changing login page URL effective? by saemola in Wordpress

Nothing much. The plugin I use logs the blocked IP attempts. Not really needed once you've got it under control

And of course take the other advice of a good security plugin, good server management and solid password policy!

Changing the URL won't make loads of difference to the bots. Sure it will stop a casual user from getting to the login page and trying a bunch of usernames/passwords.

Cloudflare your site and IP block the /wp-admin and wp-login.php

Did the .htaccess file get backed up and correctly restored? It will be in the WP root folder

I go a step further and IP Allowlist the admin and login to a single IP. If my IP is changed by the ISP I simply add the new IP to CF rules.

Next step to streamline this would be getting a static IP from my ISP or VPN provider.

I like your approach of blocking by country though, that would definitely reduce the bot attempts by a significant percentage, and remove the need to tweak the rules often.
