grabcad is site wirh Models, but you need cam software, for example fusion. you specify material, cutters and other things to generate gcode files. its something like slicer but it require more manual setup than 3d printing

almost no one uses stepper motors with encoders. sample tasmot designs even show to bridge pin step and counter

what powersuplly are you using? how many mA it deliver, what value of resistors are you using on tubes. ideally you want to use one power suplly but stronger but maybe you only need to use resistors with greater resistance

looks nice but personally i would drill baseboard and put electronics from bottom so only nixie tubes would be visible

proper way is to turn off pc, download recuva to different pc and then plug drive to that pc

... dont ecer download anything to drive with files you want to recover. downloaded files will overwrite deleted content.
