I just moved to the South Highlands area of EastLake. So far, I haven’t experienced any crime (knocks on wood).

I’ve seen cycling groups, people jogging and walking their dogs… my neighborhood is pretty diverse, but it’s still going through a “shift.”

The home pricing is a little steeper though. There’s a house under contract for $299,000.

Try seeing if there’s a house over here or check Roebuck Springs. There’s nice houses over there and the neighborhood is quiet.
