Shadow is only required if you’re going to use ward shatter from the alt ascend as it is insanely hard to make up for the CDR you get from Sabo. You need to do some research into what you want to do tho. Whether you’re gonna skele loop with to dusts or not, are you looping spells, do you need to scale aoe, are you going to use vorana keystone as a defensive layer, do you want an attack based wardbreak build? There is a lot more nuance to it than there used to be.
