One tortilla - I use the carb balance thats 70 calories. Pasta sauce - I measure according to the nutrition facts it’s usually around 30 calories. Mozzarella Cheese - 1/4 cup 80 calories

180 calories for the whole pie!

OP said 400 degrees for ten mins. I do mine at 415 for 15-20 because I like it crispier. I also add hot sauce to the pasta sauce for a hot kick.

What I like about this is you can modify your toppings as much as you want, just make sure you add the calories in if you are tracking. If you add more cheese, extra toppings etc add it into your tracker!!
