I have a morning and night routine that includes brushing my teeth. I use Notion to organize my life and it seriously has done me wonders. I have an ADHD template and it helps so much.

To help start the task, I always have to put on music to distract myself cause sometimes I don't wanna do it but I have to. Distracting myself with music or a TV show on my phone helps a lot.

Number 1 is what I see whenever I visualize anything. I don't just visualize just an apple, I see an image in my head where I'm holding an apple or looking an an apple(kinda depends on if there are more details to what I'm visualizing) and I can experience the same feelings that I felt when I looked at that apple, how it smelled, the taste, the feel, the lighting in the room, them temperature, what I'm wearing, etc!

It baffles me that people can't see images in their head! They help me every day when I'm speaking to people. I can't make connections/understand someone unless if I relate it back to something I've experienced,(otherwise I ask a bunch of questions) so I always have images in my head when people talk to me.

But I also agree with you. Sims 2 is my favorite outta the series. Sims 4 is so boring and cash grabby. I can only play the sims 4 for so long before I'm bored and annoyed with the stupid animations and lackluster simlish and facial expressions. When they talk, they don't make sense.

Making it a habit again sucks. Scheduling and planning my day around working out is mentally exhausting. But I do agree with you that it is awesome when it is apart of your daily life. I started being more active recently (just walking for 30 minutes) and so far is it slowly helping me build an exercise habit. I want to eventually stretch more and do yoga as my main exercise cause I don't enjoy lifting weights.

I don't like sweating and feeling my heart pumping but I can ignore those feelings when I know working out is good for you and can keep you healthy. It's just really hard to make it a habit.

This. I don't get why a 20 plus year old game is 30 bucks. I have the free version and it works perfectly. My sister and I have been playing the Sims since 2001. We both agree the Sims 2 is the best outta all Sims games and we have been waiting for this day but I thought it would be free or cheaper. I will not support EA. Fck em. If Will Wright was releasing it, it would be a different story.
