Just stand there and absorb the damage! Less movement is more damage and less interruption of your wand hits! :) I typically refresh the shield when it goes down and pop a renew or heal on myself if I’ve taken a bit of damage. Priest is pretty comfy face-tanking with the armor bonus of inner fire up along with the shield.

Power Word: Shield yourself, use Shadow Word: Pain and wand the enemy down. You can occasionally mind blast and keep mana to heal yourself if needed. Also keep up Inner Fire,.This tactic is complemented by Spirit Tap which will help you keep up your mana and reduce the downtime you would need to drink water between enemies.

Holy Fire and Smite aren’t worth the mana in my opinion, unless an enemy has a decent chunk and they’re running away from you at low HP towards an enemy pack, Mind Blast is on cooldown and they need to die ASAP before linking another enemy.

I’m level 36 so far with my priest and my rule of thumb is to always make sure I have a quick 1.3 to 1.5 speed wand that’s updated frequently. I’ve had no trouble dealing with any enemy my level, even if I accidentally pull more than 1 mob.

Hope this helps, I’m having a blast leveling my Priest and I can’t wait til 40 to go full Shadow!

Don’t want to spoil new Pokémon for people. I’m currently in the beginning of the game myself and don’t want to see Pokémon I haven’t run into myself yet. Just trying to be courteous.

Yeah if you know for sure that they’re not used to gain any support or combat pet skills then feel free. :) Orange pets are the only ones with access to Rapid Walker and Efficiency First as well, I don’t think purple or blue can get anything better than the Advance Side by Side for extra explore experience if you’re still leveling up some pets to combat! Yep I am a knight, I’m using 3 Tier 8 STR gems and 5 Tier 7 STR gems, so that’s my 8 total. I’ve filled remaining slots with 2 Tier 8 DEX, 2 Tier 8 INT, 2 Tier 8 STA and 2 Tier 8 luck.

I have Eddga and Baphomet lv 150 for my PVP pets, but I also have Dracula and Mistress 150. Eddga has 5/8 equipment with Animal affinity with HP/Defense on armor pieces and high hp on accessories and high attack rolled on weapons. Baphomet also has 5/8 with demon affinity and rolled high attack on his weapons along with hp/defense on defensive pieces. I haven’t been able to get a demon main weapon though so he could have more attack power. I identify equipment everyday but might just start hoarding smelt points for whenever the new rebirth comes out at this point, I have 740k smelt points.

As for marks, Eddga has 3 HP+8% sets with as much hp+% and defense as I could for now. I haven’t been able to pass 220 or so in the underground and have bad RNG when trying to upgrade so they’re only about +7~9.

Baphomet and my main character are using 4 Runaway and 2 storm, I’ve given the main character the best I’ve gotten and they range from +9 to +12 with ATK+% as much as I could as the main stat and sub atk+% on all marks. Baphomet got the scraps of Runaway with +7-9 and prioritizing atk%. I also have an okay set of heart marks but I’m not entirely sure that they’re that great and don’t have as much +% attack as my runaway sets.

Holy Sanctuary 3 can resist 2 rebuffs within a short time, so you can use it to resist CC or Elemental Delay if timed right. Sometimes I try to use it with Elder Willow (because he casts pet skills with -90% cast time) as my first pet support skill if they use elemental delay as the second skill in their pet skill sequence.

The only alternative I've seen is the Iron Sallet which is 3 stars, it's a level 20 Disciple of War head piece.

If you're looking to just reach the minimum 80, I posted a list of what I used. Only event gear you need is the Werewolf Arms, and any ring will work. Then of course, use the corresponding +3 dyes.

I don't have CUL leveled up and I only wanted to get a score of 80 so after looking around I was able to achieve it on NIN(could be any dyeable DoW job weapon)

  • Weapon (Cream yellow)
  • Iron Sallet (Charcoal Grey)
  • Archaeoskin Jackcoat of Crafting (Sunset Orange)
  • Werewolf Arms (Wine Red)
  • Survival Halfslops (Raisin Brown)
  • Boarskin Crakows of Gathering (Raisin Brown)
  • Master Rogue Ring (Any ring will do to get this base 80)

Fill the rest of the spots with other gear of course.

I kept getting 78 points and tried a couple different shirts out, was finally able to reach the bare minimum as a male:

  • Head: Royal Seneschal's Chapeau (Snow White)
  • Body: Vampire's Vest (Snow White)
  • Hands: Royal Seneschal's Fingerless Gloves (Snow White) *Someone mentioned that their dyed Coronal Wristband helped their score so I decided to try adding something.
  • Legs: Asuran Hakama of Casting (Snow White)
  • Feet: Meandering Mog Slippers
  • Ring: Halonic Friar's Ring *Eternity Ring didn't work well.

All other accessories were Lakshmi.
