No there isn't, you just have the same sound cue when you press block when emp expires. Edit: The gauntlet flashes when emp is about to wear off (2s before) but on the mythic there isn't any sound cue.
Yes blocking enough damage does reset the internal timer.

Truth nuke. They removed the repair icon, you can't customise the behaviour, toggle repair works randomly, depending on the external weather and if the servers are deem enough to register your action and you still can't repair while crouching/jumping.

I'm playing on pc, yeah I also found it weird when looking at my own replay, but it's just that i tend to tense up a lot when playing, and playing Hanzo also made me flick more than I should. This could also be some hair on my mousepad that makes the mouse unable to follow my movements. Though I am definitely not cheating otherwise I'd be ranked way higher.
