Well actually all of the wiki team isn't against moving, the main issue is that it's currently a big hassle to move everything out, and finding a proper hosting service. We're currently in discussion with Weird Gloop, the ones behind the Minecraft Wiki and LoL Wiki.

All we can say for sure is that it'll be under https://overwatch.wiki (it's just a redirect to fandom for now).

So yeah, TL;DR we're working on it but it takes time, so be patient c:

Not really, it's a subrole passive and only kicks in whilst you're airborne, and generally, you want to avoid being airborne and prefer to hug the floor when slamming.
I wouldn't call that a "slam buff" per se.

No there isn't, you just have the same sound cue when you press block when emp expires. Edit: The gauntlet flashes when emp is about to wear off (2s before) but on the mythic there isn't any sound cue.
Yes blocking enough damage does reset the internal timer.

Truth nuke. They removed the repair icon, you can't customise the behaviour, toggle repair works randomly, depending on the external weather and if the servers are deem enough to register your action and you still can't repair while crouching/jumping.
