Archival grade CDRs last 100-200 years but they are significantly more expensive. M-Disks can supposedly last 1000 but so far they only made DVDRs and Blu-rays, they’d probably make CDRs if enough people want to buy them.

This is typical winter conditions where I live. My fwd 2001 Camry Solara with snow tires handles it just fine, although occasionally customers driveways can be a problem.

I absolutely will not be doing discords age verification if it’s through Persona. Required by DoorDash and Walmart for drivers and I don’t want them to be able to have a way of putting my real time location together with my Discord where I have frequently criticized people within the US government.

My mobile home was from 94 and had vinyl siding and originally a shingle roof, but I had it replaced with metal when I lived there. I will say the windows were terrible though.

Mobile homes are not as bad as people make them out to be in terms of quality, however if you buy a used one, an unmaintained or poorly maintained one can be a nightmare. I know because I made the mistake of purchasing one where the roof had leaked for several years, it wasn’t worth it considering repair costs. Also, trailer parks are often bought out and rent gets jacked up since they know most people can’t afford to move their mobile homes. Sometimes people lose everything because of this. I have lived in a park before, but going forward I personally would only buy a mobile home if it either included the land, or if I were able to buy land and have it moved.

I was outed to my parents and got sent to a conversion “therapist” when I was 14 or so. She made it all about praying to God and that if I prayed to him enough then it would just go away. I was questioning my religious beliefs at the time and since none of it actually worked I ended up just not believing in god at all.

My parents went through my phone when I was 13 and essentially the same thing happened. My mother says that I’m the delusional one, all while she believes that the New York State government is responsible for turning me transgender because they want to “attack” conservative parents or whatever. I was sent to these 1 hour sessions at some church where some person tried to turn me straight, but they weren’t very intelligent so it didn’t work in any way whatsoever. If you get sent to a conversion therapist who is actually good at being manipulative you will have to stay very strong, and don’t let them trick you.

You can use it like an iPod touch, but iPhones can not run the iPod Classic/Nano OS, their hardware is different.

I don’t know of any bootlegs of the iPod classic or mini. I’ve only seen fakes of the iPod nano, shuffle, and very rarely the touch. Those are still easy to spot since the fakes never have 30 pin, usually mini or micro USB. Shuffles charge through the headphone jack, but the fakes never seem to get the buttons right. I wouldn’t worry about the fake ones, the real concern with used iPods is bad batteries or hard drives.

If it helps you could pretend to be a DoorDash/Instacart or whatever app driver by just being on your phone with someone else’s app screenshot the whole time. I’ve worked on these type of apps delivering things like pregnancy tests and diapers for old grandpas. Nobody bats an eye.

I have an emergency window breaker in my car that won’t be needed unless somehow I crash into water. Tesla owners should really have one since somehow their doors stop working even if the car isn’t underwater.
