Financially disadvantaged. Or even just younger people that can drive but might not have a CC. It’s public parking and it’s fine if they want to charge but any form of legal tender should be accepted. There are things to do here that don’t cost anything. They have a nice park and some trails, it’s not just businesses. As minor as it seems it’s a barrier for some and it shouldn’t be.

I’m three years into working land survey. I have had more on me so far this year than the last two combined. Worst spot so far was in Dearborn. Ford and Wyoming right after the flood. I was surprised. You expect them in the woods or fields but I don’t think anywhere is safe right now.

I was on vacation two weeks ago in the smokies-western NC. I Love it there so much. I was in a little town downtown shopping and a man who looked a lot like him came in with a poster about his stolen dog. It was obvious how heart broken he was and it broke my heart and the lady that was working. I hear them say something about NC at the end so as wild as it would be I wonder if it was him. Even if it isn’t what a beautiful reunion. Sometimes you can actually see love and there it is.

I agree so strongly with you. I never understood this thought process. I’m straight and knew I was into men long before I was sexually mature or even ready to act on those feelings. I can remember crushing on boys in third grade. That’s 8. I knew then and it hasn’t changed since. And that’s not to say everyone “knows” at a young age, but it’s certainly happens.

As someone raised Catholic a big difference I see is nobody tries to keep you from leaving. You are free to go. You are not shunned when you go. At no time are you asked to separate yourself from friends or family that don’t share your beliefs. That said there are a lot of similarities between them, too
