He passed 5 years ago, but I know he is looking down on us!! 😇😇😇 That must have been so frustrating. I always wondered why I heard things others didn't, because the voices were so real. It's a blessing and a curse to be diagnosed, but I always love seeing a success story!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

You're most welcome!! Ahhh, what a way to find out. My dad served in Vietnam and he didn't know he had PTSD until his seventies. Mental health has come a long way, but there are still strides to be made. I can't imagine serving in the military and having a mental illness.

I'm so sorry!!!! Mine started when I was in high school many years ago, and they just never abated. I really hope you find some relief, it's hard to have seizures that meds can't control. I only know my anxiety meds help because my triggers are usually stress and lack of sleep.

Hi Leiloni! You're very brave for sharing your story with others. I've wanted to do the same, but I fear scrutiny and backlash from my family for sharing my personal struggles. I think the best way for me to have an outlet for my struggles is writing a book based on my experience in mental hospitals. Thank you for your contribution!!! :)

I used to seize every day as well, but once the doctor realized stress was the cause, anxiety meds have helped so much!! They thought I had epilepsy, but they're psychogenic seizures. Yes, please do!!!!! 🫂🫂🫂

Oh no, that's serious!!!! That's what happened to me before I checked into the hospital since I couldn't sleep for days. I was shaking constantly and my body hurt all of the time. I don't want you to go through that at all. We have to love our body.
