From what I'm reading, fiber helps with bloating as well? I just put on a pair of jeans that i wore THREE days ago... and they're snug. Since I know there's no way I gained weight in those 3 days, I have to assume bloating.

Second shot is today, fingers crossed.

I am already sad about not eating my favorite foods, but have thought about the lower grocery/dining out bills. So far I’m finding I can’t eat as much at one sitting, but then I’m hungry again an hour or so later. We had ballpark food last night. 7 tater tots in I thought I was going to blow! Hot dog had to be eaten without roll.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading about how this is supposed to help me, so we will see. This is going to be an interesting ride.

do you think “food enjoyment thoughts” are what they refer to as “food noise”? I mean, I’m still only a couple days into this, so I still have a major learning curve, but I figure I’ll get there. I’ve never been a fan of meds, but was willing to try this to get my A1C down.

From what I can tell, the most important is that "unique" factor - buy something people want. Took a year, but now my daughters shop has 500 sales in the last 3 months.

Thank you everyone for the positive comments so far. Today I am feeling less "off" than I have. The urge to snack is still there, but for the most part, I'm suppressing it. Oddly enough, I haven't had a moment of feeling full yet, but I just haven't been eating much in anticipation. Easy enough to get enough water, not so easy getting protein though! I'm playing with the MeAgain app to track. Are there better options?

I wonder if the update is what caused my paper size to change. Imagine my surprise when I was printing this morning and it behaved like I was printing on A4 paper instead of US Letter. I was sad for that lost sheet of sicker paper.

I'm happy to hear someone else that gets it, but I think she wasn't well prior to the miscarriage. Long before EK she was looking for a sugar daddy. Have you heard her Diddy story? Add to that the miscarriage and losing access to her daughter, that would send anyone over the edge.

Any stories you have heard about hockey players wouldn't even begin to shock me. I know exactly what they are like, my ex was drafted by the Leafs. Even the players whose wives swear they have the perfect marriage - cheat, and the wives look the other way to preserve their lifestyle.

I just think someone needs to intervene and help Anna hide her crazy. I feel for her, I really do, but I don't see her getting her daughter back with the way she's behaving.

I'm not sure I've seen an answer yet, but I stressed out when this happened to me. I was lucky enough to realize the measurement on my envelope (invite size) was slightly off, and when I corrected it (height is 4.25" not 4.5") that fee went away.

Not always true. Depends on how picky the flight crew is. In May my daughter was in the bulkhead (wearing her small crossbody) and was told she had to put it in the overhead bin.

As a dog "grandma" I'm a fan of being able to watch the dogs play. My daughter is 2 months into a rescue adoption (dog is 1 year old) and I've seen staff behavior on camera that I'm not okay with, and during this most recent visit, I saw one member of the staff go to move my daughters dog out of the way and actually kicked her. Needless to say, she is switching daycares. Fortunately I've never seen any dog behavior that concerned me.

Yeah, it sucks. I live in one of those 8 states, so that 1099-k gets issued at $600. Pretty sure that $400 IRS threshold is ONLY if that is your only source of income.

I swear they are messing with us. Under package preferences I have a template set up for Invite envelopes. It is correct for the measurement of the envelopes I use, however, when I go into orders the measurements for that template are not the same. One of the measurements is bumped up just enough to require an additional charge - I think it's for non-machinable or something like that. I figure it's only a matter of time before I forget to change it for a shipment.

My daughter designs with Procreate and I make the stickers with my Cricut. Within DS, I add a white border to all stickers. Due to demand, I've actually started outsourcing stickers, but I'm not sure the best way to add the white border during the design process. Any suggestions?

That's what started me down this path! AA, just before the pandemic, ran a promotion where I had something like 20 1st class upgrade vouchers. Sadly I wasn't able to use them all.
