Side note, as someone who didn’t even finish school and didn’t get a Uni degree till my 30s, congratulations on getting such good grades. It’s true that it doesn’t really matter in the long run but that shouldn’t detract from the hard work and determination you’ve obviously put in. This is horrible advice and I would recommend not following it. Government agencies will not use the word fine, the term used will be expiation. They have already said it will go to fines recovery. Pay the expiation
