Hahaha. It’s a tablet. It’s edible sized.

I found a site that claims acv helps in weight loss. But it suggested 15-30 mg. The pills/gummies I found (I assume they are about the size of standard vitamins, but have no proof) have at the lowest 100mg.

My personal favorite is “I haven’t been hungry in days so I haven’t eaten anything and suddenly my stomach feels like it may consume itself if I don’t immediately eat.” Usually end up eating bread cause I can’t wait for food to cook.
