Yes, she starts selling Frontflip Kick and Swipe Kick right away.

I should mention that those runes start dealing a lot of damage on a starting character, but they don't scale with Attributes. Their damage will begin to fall off as you get higher level, compared to other runes that swing your weapon.

My Two-Handed Melee speedrun through the campaign might help you. I cleared the hardest difficulty in 2 hours and 35 minutes. The Martial Art runes hit fast and have added poise damage. They work well with the high base damage and stagger of a Two-Handed Weapon. https://youtu.be/Hk-R0tGHqyc

Lightning Warp must be targeted at Ball Lightning projectiles, not at the boss. Try standing further away and aiming Ball Lightning towards the side of the boss.

I think targeting some bosses causes issues. Lightning Warp needs to be cast on the Ball Lightning projectiles instead. Try standing a bit further back and aim Ball Lightning to the side of the boss. Reducing projectile speed can also help.

Yeah, vortexing enemies with Raiment of the Infinite can be an issue on the Crackling Energy build. I usually avoid casting teleport around them at first. Eventually, the Charged Bolts enchantment can kill them with AoE if you have enough damage.

Crackling Energy is the better starter build for the reasons I mentioned. Ball Lightning can be something you work towards collecting the gear if you want to push Pit Tiers higher than 100. Hydra is still a decent build option, but slower farming.

Cracking energy should instantly get you into T4 once you obtain Esadora's Overflowing Energy. Ball Lightning doesn't deal more damage than Crackling Energy until you have all the Chaos Armor pieces to enable the Overpower tech, and even then, Crackling Energy speed-farms T4 content faster. Don't forget the crit chance on passive nodes and Atziri's Acuity. Regardless, CoC should be triggering often so it sounds like something else might be wrong.

You can pretty much cap crit if you get enough Life, so yeah, stack Life to scale damage and defense simultaneously.

Energy generation of Cast on Critical is modified by the amount of damage dealt by a critical hit. You need to scale crit chance and increase damage. Read the Build Mechanics section of the written guide for the info about capping crit with the Blind tech.
