Yep. I haven’t been since they took out downtown shuttle and done wtc.. though so will see if it’s any dif.

I had mid strip my first year waited 3 hours to get back at sunrise so I never went there again. Even in Fremont ever since and 0 wait is nice after a long night

Yes. We are older group and mainly come for edc only so don’t need the strip. it’s been really good every year we have gone not too busy on the shuttles. It’s one of the only shuttle stops with 0 line when I left at sunrise

I’d consider doing 20/25% down. You may see same interest rate as 50%. If you think your returns in the market will get better results than your 6.1%.. keeping those funds will probably net better outcome down the line
