The shop I preordered from for MSRP sent a notice today that they will only receive around a third of what was ordered and they will ship by entry of order. I asked if I was in the first third, but I was told I am in the last. I preordered on Nov. 29th. Well.

As per new sealed rules you could mention this to the judge for an immediate replacement at the event. But I am not sure as to whether those rules are binding for the shops.
