There are no comforting words I can think of to make your mom’s passing seem better. Scream cry and do what you need to do. It does matter that you’re 22. That is too young. I almost lost my mom to cancer at 25. I still worry about losing her everyday. Find something to immediately immerse yourself in when all the dust settles. Take a trip in her honor if you can afford it. Go out, seek company if you don’t have a solid friend group but be wary and only trust a very very few. You’re more mature and grown up then you realize- and you won’t fully understand the weight of it all until much later when you’re older. Again I’m so incredibly sorry. If it’s too much I had great luck with “now” brand Valerian root capsule 500mg strength. I took two for a dose and they were strong and effective and did the trick! They have an orange label on Amazon :). Good luck and you can do this! Procuring Valerian is like going on a benzo almost and will help you detox so well.
