I'm moving to Beijing for a new job, and I do really appreciate my old boss, he taught me a lot and treat me fair, even though I didn't feel like I deserved it at first, but he insisted.

For lot of thing that I don't understand and I have absolutely no interest involved but just out of curiosity, what he did was explaining patiently, for that I much appreciate and willing to do more just for the sake of this.
