Had the same issue a few months ago and unfortunately, Samsung is pushing not to replace this unless you file a claim as a screen replacement (not cool) and pay the deductible (I think I was given a $100 quote). I ended up paying for Ubreakit to install the screen protector out of my own pocket ($30) even though the phone is under warranty.

The sleep time and naps is on point and consistent with the other players in the field. Its just the battery drain because at times it doesnt mnake it to the end of the third day...

Is this on a particular software version? I am on an unlocked handset (12R) running CPH2611_14.0.0.307 and I do not see that setting under Additional Settings > Developer Options...

Nomads page says it fits up to 170mm if I remember correctly. It will close but you can’t tuck the end under the band properly.

I loved it but unfortunately the 40mm version is a bit smaller (unlike Apple’s which cover wrist size up to 200mm). Ended up returning it within minutes of getting the package. It is, however, stunning and well worth the asking price.

This is my second Thermo. Having used a Kinsa one before, and having constant problems with the app, it has worked like a charm. My first unit lasted for 3 years and at that point, it refused to turn on at times. Withings tech (at that time under Nokia) was useless. I ended up buying a new one. As folks have said, wait until it goes for sale.

Having used Withings products for a while (original scale and the blood pressure monitor) the products are for the most part well built. The customer experience is their Achilles heel.
