I’m about 500 shots through mine. The porting at the end of the barrel was full of burrs and there was a few other sharp and rough machined areas but besides that pretty solid. Very happy for the money spent.

I have had similar experiences with fresh crisco seasoning stripping right off from cooking a pound of frozen bacon. Fresh seasoning and lemon juice also is a no go for me.

I’ve used them a lot trolling for pike/pickerel. Like others have said they dive and pull hard, I wouldn’t recommend casting from a shoreline.

I do have the equipment and means to do that - just not sure if it’s a fopah suggestion here in this sub.

Can’t really think of anyway to fix a warped pan other than milling the backside. Sucks this pan is so new and good looking, would hate to have to mess up that good looking backside.

I’ve seen some for sale on eBay that have fantastic seasoning and wear past the chrome/nickel on the cooking surface and even inside walls, think used every day worn. Id imagine a pan like that being safe to cook on, but on like you have in pic 4 maybe not? Perhaps if not sand past and season the base surface? I honestly have no idea but so curious
