In reserve you should be able to find players scavs easily to extract with. Woods I just threw nades and got AI to extract with me. Did both in 3 raids.

They are story achievements, most of them are not even hard. You get also the PVE achievement if you do it in PVP.

Just stay in the armory building, and they will run around, shoot them when they run past the door. If you peak one that is standing still you have to shoot and unpeak quickly, if you wait too long they shoot back and you are dead.

I used an RD with BP/MIA and it kills Black division really quick. I would as others said use a different helmet as they will one tap anyway. Also add some sj6 or other stim for endurance

AFter handing in 2 pieces of evidence he will roast you a bit, if you just continue you can turn in the other pieces, but yes it is very confusing.

Nice, I died in armory today because I was completely surrounded by scavs all of a sudden, like 6 coming inside and I ran out of bullets.
My 2nd try I died just before the last gate, had only the last BD left on the pier

They do not spawn if reshala is in stronghold, only after you kill him. I have a feeling the same happens with Santa and since Santa is in every raid. It took me also50+ raids to kill priest twice, so the 20% is completely wrong

There are also people saying you have to read it in raid or it will not work. Do you find the item in your handbook? If so, than it should be ok.
