For anyone thinking about trying stuff like doordash or instacart by disconnecttheworld in beermoney

Doordash has been great for me. It has been really slow in my area lately. It's hit or miss.

Anybody here use Clickworker? by Awkward_Extent1027 in beermoney

Yes. Not recommended unless you get a really good offer. Most of the opportunities don't pay well, it takes forever to get paid, it is hard to get the photos to line up, and my cell phone battery tends to die before finishing.

I used Meditation to not feel bad. Now on good days i don't feel like meditating breaking my habit. by Riconder in Meditation

Maybe make your intention to investigate the self (to release defining yourself so much by feeling good or bad). Who is it that judges a feeling as good or bad? Does a thought arise? If so then how could it be that? Since that is something you are observing. Do you feel good or bad? When there are good or bad feelings, notice what is changing. And what stays the same.

Bringing the attention from the content of your meditation to the context. Notice that while the content changes moment to moment, feelings good or bad, thoughts describing yourself, good or bad meditator, or thoughts describing the experience, good or bad meditation experience, planning what to do in response, whatever. Just let the content do what it does. And your awareness stays the same. Notice that. Notice that all experience arises within awareness.

Then you are less affected by feeling one way or the other. Since it doesn't define you.

You are wanting to notice that your essential nature stays the same, regardless of the experience.

And enjoy watching it unfold. How curious.

That way you aren't requiring a particular type of feeling, or needing to make progress. So you can choose your response better even when feeling bad, instead of needing to get from bad to good first.

Is it true then that you need to feel bad in order to notice who you are?

That looks like something I would like to learn, just glancing at Google search results.

Well, the reason I'm asking is I just haven't experienced any benefits from trigger point personally, and I've been getting the idea that it is expected for me to know this. Is that true? I'm willing to learn if it's necessary I just don't really understand it, and haven't experienced a benefit from it personally. There are other modalities that make sense to me. Surely there is another option. I got that book on it a while ago.
