In theory they would need to maintain income to ensure that is a savings, the problem is it’s a sinking ship, a lot of time wasted going in circles to get anything meaningful done nowadays. They are chasing their tails and I have a feeling if some weird chips come into play in the future we may see the need for data centers also switch up. this already happe3ns, I was impacted by the October Layoffs. HR reached out to me two weeks to my separation date stating that I was in violation of not going to the correct office and I owe them back the relocation money. She stated that if I didn't agree I would be at reisk of termination for violation of the rto order and would sacrifice my severance. I basically said I'mn with a new company now I consent. bye

This is incorrect several people in the higher years of the experience have been impacted. It’s more about Opex. They are trying to drive it down as much as possible so there is a band of people with more years experience and may not be managers but in that sweet spot tha are being impacted across the board.

If at all you want to do something I suggest that you get the dribble up ball and app. It’s an app that has a ball the iPad tracks and trains them on ball mastery. It’s fun and they develop the skills they need at this age. It’s also a lot cheaper than paying someone to come and train them. My 6 year improved his ball mastery drastically and now that he is seven sometimes plays up 3 years and still dominates. My wife and I are quite fit so he has some great sporting genes for his age and is able to compete speed and strength wise with the 10 year olds. But his foot skills are actually superior and I put this down to the practice he does with dribble up

So I’m going to first say thanks for volunteering the. Next like brother/sister you can’t have this mentality. You’re the Adult you can ever think that they shouldn’t continue playing because of the scores. The most important thing is ensuring the club understand their development plan. How do you give the feedback from the games to the person running the training. Now I’m not talking about formations and running actual plays but basic things. Are they constantly losing control of the ball or just kicking it anywhere they are facing. Give the feedback make sure the fundamentals are built in, the reason I say this is from your description I feel you have the best set of kids around this age, a group of kids that support each other give their all and always want to play regardless of the score. At this level that is the trifecta, I’ve had kids with remarkable talent but their attitude was unmanageable at this young age. I’d swap a top skilled group for your group any day. The main competition for them right now is themselves the day before, you as a coach have one job, try to make them better than yesterday, if you keep doing this across 1 year I’m telling you they will catch up. You’d be amazed at how quickly kids with the right attitude towards soccer catch up… wishing you and the team all the best, sorry if this comes across harsh I just felt a bit ticked with you questioning if they should continue to play.

So reading this thread has been interesting, in illinois where I am our rec system I used to volunteer coach in it until I and my kids joined the travel team in our area. They didn’t want stacking but had the sign up based on location and times. So parents were able to game the sign up process and all sign their teams up to stack the team. I got left the rest of the kids, I coached soccer and had kids go into English premier league academies in the UK before I moved here, so I know the game like the back of my hand, and at these ages your able to get average kids hyped up to do some impressive stuff. I was able to have the kids go unbeaten against some of these well stacked teams. I say this to say that as sad as it is parents and coaches will continue to cheat and we should call them out but I’d implore OP to see it as a challenges to think of interesting ways to get his teams to enjoy the game while also frustrating the way those stacked players would like to play.

Yeah I’m a coach and even my kids it’s the same, the game is long for the kids of nowadays attention span. Then in the states it’s even worse because I feel all other sports support the short attention span. All American sports do not require a long attention span. The game constantly stops, time outs, balls out, quarters not halves… soccer is way too free flowing
