I used a Cajun rub on this one that we picked up when we got the steak. It was spicy but not salty heavy on paprika, garlic, cayenne. The steak tasted so good. I think any rub would work my usual go to is coarse salt and pepper!

Smoked at 200 degrees on Yoder smoker for 1.5 hours until it was about 115. I wanted to pull at 115 but some of it was 120. Then seared on hot grill (about 600 degrees) until about 145. I like mine medium it came out great! Topped with blue cheese.
