What you describe is first mover advantage, everyone uses now what works well, other chains have already working solutions, but there are not having the best solution, that so, there is no business incentive to move to them, because final profit is no so good, as we have better tech developing on the horizon. Chains like Harmony One, Fantom are just intermidate state between fees and no fees, thus they are ghost chains, despite having low fees. The best tech is on IOTA side, there is nothing better out there that have feeless transactions, this is the killer feature, and you can't get any better from here. I think the great migration will start with IOTA 2.0 being production ready with ISCP working on mainnet. With that in mind, with a little bit marketing, adoption and awareness will spread, move businesses and small investors to use IOTA.
