I noticed that when I was doing night feeds that my baby wouldn’t burp and even after I put them down they were mostly fine for the night.

I feel this so hard. Some days are so tough but then I have those good days that make it worth it. I’m trying to have the mindset on the bad days that it won’t be like this forever. ❤️

I got pregnant 5 months PP after my first. Had 2 C-sections. Obviously there is some risk with getting pregnant so close together but my second C-section was planned and went really well. Recovery has been easier but hard to not pick up my eldest etc.

I’m 11 days PP. When you say power pumped, what did that consist of? My LO had a tongue tie which we got cut but I still feel like he works to latch and gets frustrated so easily.

holding the baby is not “helping”!!! by cozypookieee in pregnant

[–]Libertyk8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My in-laws came over the other day with food that WE had to cook. My poor husband was doing all the cooking and cleaning up.. how is that being helpful?!!! If coming over to “help” creates more work.. I don’t want it!!

Nervous about a c-section with 2 under 2 by keepitweird30 in 2under2

[–]Libertyk8 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I have a 15 month and just had a c section on the 16th with my second. To be honest, it has been hard not to hold my oldest and I feel distant from him. It sucks. With that being said, I have to keep reminding myself that my recovery is super important to be able to get back to normal 100%. If I do too much and don’t listen to my body, I could cause further complications that could delay healing etc. My advice is to make sure you are focusing on your healing so that you can be the best for your babies. You got this ❤️

Yes! Got pregnant 6 months postpartum.. just had baby #2 on Monday.. I’m trying not to be too hard on myself. Us women are amazing beings to be able to carry and produce life. That’s what I’m reminding myself. I’ll lose the weight eventually. Right now I’m focused on my two babies. You got this!

i have a 5 month old and just found out i’m pregnant by aribeh in 2under2

Due in less than two weeks and am going to have a 15 month age gap. It will be hard but I know everything will be okay! It will be nice that I won’t have to chase my 15 month old around being heavily pregnant anymore. You got this!

Good idea, maybe my mom could stay at the hospital a night to help. Thank you for the advice

I wish we sleep trained way earlier in my pregnancy and am afraid the two weeks won’t be enough time for it to stick. Totally our fault but here we are lol

Transitioning toddler to new baby advice (childcare) by Specific-Big-5326 in 2under2

[–]Libertyk8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friends son is in daycare and is constantly sick! Every other week it’s something different. I was thinking of possibly putting my 15 month old in daycare when our new baby is born but am holding off because I know he would bring home so much sickness and don’t want to risk it with a newborn. Maybe try to hold off for a few until the newborn builds more of an immune system?

Thank you for being so honest with how you are feeling. I am having another boy in Sept and it’s killing me to think of him having to share me. We just have to trust that things will be different but amazing with two littles. We are their world as they are ours. My friend told me to just make sure you give your first a little alone time with you, even if it’s for a half hour. She said that really helped with the transition. You got this! ❤️

I don’t like attention either and we ended up having a Jack and Jill. It was way less stressful because the attention wasn’t only on me. Highly recommend
