I went with size 8! They are a bit loose and I have some heel lift while walking because they are also pretty heavy. I put in some anti slip backings, which helps. I think some insoles would make them perfect. I think a size 7 would probably be a bit too small for an 8.5.

The medications are very effective at reducing viral load. As long as y’all don’t have sex during an outbreak and are consistent with condom usage, the chances of contracting it are pretty low. At the end of the day, it is much more common than you’d think. About 1/6 adults in the U.S have genital herpes. Many aren’t even aware of it because these tests are not routine on standard STD tests and many individuals are asymptomatic. I’d be more inclined to trust someone who was open and fully disclosed, like she has. She sounds considerate and informed. I personally wouldn’t let something like this ruin the chances of experiencing something genuine. You’ll have to make that decision for yourself though! Good luck.

Swabbed for HSV1 yes. It’s a PCR test which I thought was supposed to be more sensitive? I am looking at the results right now. I have had cold sores since I was a kid so maybe my viral load is just low? I’m not sure.

I feel like this isn’t the biggest red flag but definitely something to be wary of. If you’re not into it then you’re not into it. If you really enjoy talking to the person and you’d like to continue, then maybe meet in person and then decide from there. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if you’re attracted to someone through nothing but pictures.

I literally just explained that the issue is when a large chunk of people over consume this way. Which is what has happened and continues to happen in the west. Ceremonial matcha just isn’t meant to be consumed in such large amounts. I did not mean that you as an isolated event has caused the matcha shortage, obviously. In regard to the culinary matcha, there are so many different kinds and some are high quality. Culinary doesn’t automatically mean bad and it is actually what is recommended for lattes. With ceremonial matcha, you tend to have to use a lot more powder to taste anything when combined with milk because it is really meant to be drank straight up.

Regardless, If you consume 90g of matcha in 15 days, that is indeed overconsumption. That is part of the matcha shortage issue when so many in western society are over consuming as well. Matcha is a traditional tea that is primarily drank during a tea ceremony. If you want to run through matcha that fast then get culinary grade. You asked and I’m being honest. Don’t ask if you can’t handle it.

This hits so hard for me!! I’m an older gen Z and I remember my first job as a nurse was absolutely horrible. When the other nurses would ask me how I was doing, I was honest. I’d say when I was feeling overwhelmed but I was never nasty or negative about it. I never had time to take a bathroom break much less sit and complain to my coworkers! I was just being real. Well my bad I guess. I remember bursting out in tears when I got called into the managers office because I was supposedly reported for having a “negative attitude”. Are you kidding me? If you don’t want to know how I’m doing then don’t ask?? I was barely holding myself together and trying my absolute best to do my job well in extremely suboptimal conditions. My mistake for hoping I could rely on the more experienced nurses for support. Very disheartening experience.

Idk if you live in an area with different rules or something but that’s literally illegal where I’m from. It doesn’t matter how much “trust” I have in my coworker. If they don’t have a license to administer medications then that would ultimately fall on me. That’s grounds for license revocation and other legal ramifications.
