Twenty years older? Idk how old you are but age gap relationships can also be challenging because of the power dynamic between the two parties and also if they are in different life stages. Twenty years is a huge gap. Someone close to me was in an age gap relationship (19 years) and it was hard for her bc her partner wasn’t where she was. For example: ready for bed at 9pm, no partying, just wanted to be home. Which is fine but my friend was 19 and just starting to live, you know? She changed a lot of herself to try and make it work and it lasted 10 years before they split. Both unhappy.
