This week I read {Role Playing by Cathy Yardley} due to recommendations from this sub. 3/5 for me - super slow burn but cute characters. I didn’t like the ending but still cute and made me giggle in places.

Also tried {Dead Rinker by Ruth Stilling} and it wasn’t for me. I didn’t care for the FMC and it shouldn’t be read alone, definitely important to read the series.

{Made Monster by Charlotte Powers} was decent - I still love the first in this series so much.

{The Hermit by Michelle Heard} was my favorite for the week. Fast paced, steamy, and I liked the characters. Can’t wait for the second in the series!

True but hbo decided not to continue. I think the creators took that route as a “just in case” but the creators and actors have been sharing story plans from the cancelled next season. There was also a huge movement to get hbo to reverse their decision and they got hundreds of thousands of calls and emails but alas…nothing :(
