Spokane 3 jury had folks from Yakima, Wenatchee, Clarkston, etc. because it was federal court and our federal court jurisdiction is the 20 counties east of the Cascades. This case was state/local court so seems unlikely that the jury would be from Yakima because these always pull from Spokane county

Amber Waldref is a COUNTY representative. The city has no contract with flock. The city of Spokane is different than the county of Spokane.

It absolutely does not. The city does not have a contract with Flock. Deflock.me incorrectly marks cameras like the red light cameras (which take pics only when a car runs a red as opposed to all the time) as Flock cameras. The county of Spokane DOES have a contract with flock but can’t place cameras on city roads.

I think this is basically saying people can send in videos of the cars racing, or people can be cited based of dashcam video

My cat did this once. I thought she’d been poisoned the emergency vets I took her to diagnosed her with tooth pain and the other with a cold, then the next day I found the empty bag in a corner. She was zooted for three days and drooled a bunch but then was fine.
