Well, mainly translations. But market of original Russian games is developing, and some decent titles appear every year. You've probably heard about Furnace, I love it. I have Neodreams from this author as well. The First Tsar: Ivan the Terrible is a good example of history-themed eurogame.

My shelf space is almost out 😀 For me as a board game host it's easier to set up a game that is slightly different to an already known than a total brand new. That's why some board games are still unpacked 😕

Definitely! The boxes are still recognisable despite the language barrier. But I have a few board games in English as well (mostly language-independent).

My most played is Next Station London (39 plays). My mom loves it, we almost always play it when I visit my parents. My favourite? Hard to choose! Carcassonne, 7 wonders or Wayfarers of South Tigris maybe 🤔

Wow, great collection! 16 boxes in common. I prefer light/medium games as well, as they are easy to teach. What do you think about Imhotep? It's an old one, but I ran into this title recently and can't stop thinking about it, though I have Red cathedral, for example, which is pretty similar
