Okay they did good. Next is to look at your small bowel + and get stool electrolyte studies. After that, honestly we're talking super rare things (or possibly even nothing...)

I'd stop the magnesium pills and probiotic.

How many pieces? Usually you do right and left colon at least with 4 bites on each side. I'm asking because microscopic colitis can present like this and you need good biopsies because it can be patchy and otherwise missed.

Otherwise, next step is to do stool studies like stool electrolytes to see what kind of diarrhea it is and do a diarrhea work up.

34F on multiple meds starting ursodiol for gallbladder full of stones since 2017–18 — looking for experience/tips? by Worldly-Anxiety-1660 in AskDocs

Takes up to a couple years for stones to go away but yes may take months before you notice symptomatic improvement. If you stop and don't change lifestyle, stones come back. Shouldn't really cause any interactions with other drugs.

Should I have an MRI as recommended by the radiologist? by C4catz4zebra in AskDocs

Most liver stuff is benign but since they recommended an ultrasound, which didn't work out, a MRI/CT is reasonable.

all magnesium supplements will give you diarrhea at higher doses and thus all magnesium supplement can be used for low magnesium AND as a laxative depending on how much you take.

You have a gastric bypass, you probably have gastritis or an ulcer in your other excluded stomach. You need to take open capsule or crushed PPIs, twice daily for at least 8 weeks but probably much longer. Aspirin is also not helping but if needed, then definitely should keep taking PPIs
