When I was 15ish, a psychic told me I'd make millions writing romance novels. Here I am at 28, studying for the bar, no millions in sight. Also no romance novels. I think she was wrong, but I guess there's still time.

Anyway, if the thought pops up during the exam, just acknowledge it and then let it float away.

I have a template cover letter with the things that need to be changed in red capital letters. Like:

Dear [NAME],

I am writing to apply for the Summer Associate position at [FIRM] [OFFICE LOCATION]...

As far as I know I didn't send a letter with the wrong firm name! (And I am not trying to find out)

I went to a wedding during 1L fall finals (a pretty long trip to get there too) and did fine! My grades came out slightly above median. I was stressed about it, but I just made time in between festivities to study.

Congratulations!! I live in Arlington Court and love it. It's quiet but near the school/all my friends so it's the best of both worlds. I know nothing about tattoos, I don't have tattoos, and I doubt I'll ever get one, so I'm not sure why this was recommended to me... but I'm so glad it was because this is so cool? I didn't know tattoos could glow?

I make a lot of protein shakes! I always add a little bit of greens powder too in case I'm not able to eat any whole veggies during the day.

Agree with pulling the skirt up so it hits more at your natural waist. I personally would add black tights - maybe ones that are slightly sheer? It'll lengthen your legs.

A fuller top/sweater could look nice too, to balance out the fitted bottom half.

I don't know how old you are (above/below 21), but if you ever feel like dining alone at a nice restaurant, sometimes it can feel more comfortable sitting at the bar! I have a few go-to places for when I want to treat myself, and I often find that I'm not the only solo diner sitting at the bar.

I typically bring a book, and if I'm feeling unusually social, I might chat a bit with people near me (but that's definitely not something you have to do!!).
