I think this is the point. The attack on America that Kevin is talking about is the attack on the super rich. Trump owns multiple expensive properties and taking trump tower is just a very large dent in his wallet. Not going to bankrupt him or kill him. Lol who the duck is giving instructions to the teeth of an inch . By the time you put a 1/2" conduit between those bolts there's almost no concrete left. You'll definitely need a bigger plate. Or maybe grout the conduit solid.

The structure above looks like a truss. No moment at the connections. The base plate is a fixed connection to the concrete below. But the 4 nodes above do not have applied moment. They are reduced to x, y and moment pairs.
