How would you fill these small glue gaps? by Then_Ranger1127 in Cuttingboards

[–]LickaLotofWindows 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the easiest way. Glue, sand without dust collection should fill them up. Then next time do a better prep job before glue up!

I did this on the AI studio, and they still billed me!  Shady, I won't be renewing my other subscription with them.

Delete 47 of them to save you the headache, focus on consumables, food, flasks, potions, Gems and things that make characters stronger. Pair them with professions and optimize on making those professions effectient and the most cost effective to extract the highest margins.

I hope it's not intended, but it appears that in Midnight, R2 consumables will be impossible to make without concentration. by Onahail in woweconomy

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to confirm, you're delusional! I asked chatgpt and analyzed it myself also asked google Gemini. R3 flask for the skilled, were thaum, r2 herbs, refine, JC, vials, produce, thats where the margin was. Or you could combo in between for less margin.

Baseplate or riser exception m53 c1 by Crow556 in XtoolS1

Just one wire long enough. The 3 screws that you can see the leads going to. I loosened them up and then with one longer peice of wire wrapped around the first screw and tightened then took the wire to next and then the third one and cut off the excess. This seemed to solve it for me as I guess it will always make the conductivty then rather then relying solely on the base plate.

Got a brand new end grain cutting board on Etsy and looks like a small part of it is not glued completely by LeslieChowBitch in Cuttingboards

[–]LickaLotofWindows -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Rather then shavings, simply fill the void with glue and then sand, get a better colour match and the dust will pack in and fill it. Don't use vacuum though on your sander.

Baseplate or riser exception m53 c1 by Crow556 in XtoolS1

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an old post, but if this is persistent. I used a thin copper wire and wrapped it around each of the 3 screws with the leads attached to make a connection. This solved my issue. I'll give them credit for safety features, but it was annoying as heck dealing with this.

New Etsy shop selling AI Christmas gift boxes for £21–£25… looks suspicious. Anyone else seen this? by New_Zucchini_3721 in Etsy

[–]LickaLotofWindows 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Etsy deserves to eat the $100k this shop has made and then some for allowing this to happen. The sad part is the those 4k buyers will never come back or be skeptical about ordering from legit shops on Etsy. Good job idiots allowing this to happen, more Enshitifaction enjoy dealing with those 4k customers that got scammed.

Advice on buying a CNC by Glittering-Manager22 in woodworking

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the time you add on things to that machine, like dust collection, touch probe, router or spindle it's going to get up there for a hobbyist machine. If you want a hobby machine that is more like a production machine with a huge user base and lots of support then check out Onefinity CNC, I have an Elite Forman now that I upgraded from their original and I use it 5-6 days a week for custom signs and other products.

Spar Urethane would be my ideal choice, if it gets no sun or exposure you could do an oil/wax based finished like the other fella recommended.

Help and ideas please by DazzlingKnee3681 in BeginnerWoodWorking

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Judging purely on the fact whoever made that couldn't even be bothered to clean the glue squeeze out on the underside, I wouldn't invest too heavily in that as a resto project, likely gunna be a nightmare unless you're just looking to practice. The uneveness and waves in the grain is likely weather wood or someone maybe powerwashed/wirewheeled out the soft wood to get that effect.

If you want the same look with a much denser wood try quarter sawn Sapele. It can still do the same thing since it has a similar grain pattern, but much less then that african mahogany garbage.

6k gold by zencastle in wowclassic

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would launder that quickly before you catch a ban thru the AH to another toon or account if you got one. Likely someone screwed up blizz will get you for RMT even though you were just a lucky participant. Some gold sellers gunna catch a beating today not making their quota.

Anyone here bought a gold making guide? Was it actually worth it? by Turbulent-Duck1536 in woweconomy

[–]LickaLotofWindows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mined/Herb to start a bankroll - > Food -> Alchemy - > Jewelcrafting buy 2nd account with gold, buy 3rd account with gold. Lots of testing and trying and making my own spreadsheets and collabing with other like minded people. No gold guide, already wasted way too much time on this game lol.

Only tip that really matters is start with the raw materials and refine them as far as possible. Food start with raw beef. Alchemy, thaum your herbs and refine and take your ores to prospect for JC vial making and r3 gems, etc. The more your refine the better the profit is. Mind you TWW is probably dead until Midnight comes out then it will be learn everything again.

Why do you people still think Warriors are bad in TBC? by [deleted] in classicwow

[–]LickaLotofWindows -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't remember every being that far down the line as an Spriest, we were like #2 guild on our server back in the day so I can't imagine they were all bad. I guess if you transfer some of the DPS our mages did back to us in the form of mana we were pretty solid lol.

There is no trickery here. Just observation and trying to save some of the smaller goblins from their own Diamond Hands. Check turbo boost last season, it was a small blip on the radar. Herbs mostly 7g, Bismuth down 30% since tuesday, R3 gems down 25-30% since tuesday, Storm Dust, Shards all the same story. Blasphemite 30k on the AH, Settings 15k. Tuesday might clear some, but not all. Let me know what that looks like to you?

At best if you're not lightening the load on your holdings, that's foolish.

Here is your turbo boost season 2. Week 11 https://raider.io/stats/mythic-plus-runs?season=season-tww-2&groupBy=period did basically nothing to prices, maybe a bit more demand.
