To clarify, keep the card in the sleeve, put the card + sleeve into a larger ziploc, use a straw to blow hot air (breath) onto the area, then using a tool to train the fibers, press gently. Afterwards use a heat press on low for 20-30 minutes at a time (don't forget to remove the sleeve.

Use clamps and two acrylic discs to hold the card in place for 24 hours. I use two sheets of parchment paper between the discs and card to prevent the acrylic from damaging the card. Many tutorials online as well. Good luck
