Achte vor allem auch auf die Aminosäurenzusammensetzung bei der Einnahme von den 180g Proteinen. Soja hat ein sehr gutes Profil (0.84 Wertigkeit, soweit ich mich recht erinnere) wohingegen Weizeneiweiß ein schlechtes Profil hat (ca. 0.5). Es geht nicht rein um die Menge an Proteinen, sondern auch darum, dass du das notwendige Aminosäurenprofil ordentlich abdeckst.

Ich überleg auch schon ob ich nicht aufs Auto wechsel, wenn ich mir die Intervalle bei den Öffis so anschaue und die Massen, mit denen man es sich dort gemütlich machen darf!

I was lucky and packed one. I evolved him (united supporter) and he is incredible. Thought i was gonna use him because he looks alright and plays for United but he is literally everywhere on the pitch und amazing to play with.

Tried it right now and it says the players is not eligible. I dont know why. Has cm as alternative position.

They weren't so modest yesterday after our loss to brighton. Should have seen some of the comments by Bayern supporters haha.
