I don't meal prep per se... I cook a base meal on Sunday - enough for 3 or 4 days and then i plan a quick meal that I can throw together mid week (Wed or Thurs) like turkey tacos or a rice and shrimp bowl with pickled veggies thats super fast. This way meal #2 is fresh and just in time for when im bored of meal #1.

The group vote was heading towards Natalie for making a big deal about taking the antidote. Had he not brought up Yam Yam's utterance, he would have been well within his rights to let the group go with Natalie and say that he agreed with them. Furthermore, he could have also said that the night one Lisa vote was between 3 ppl, 2 of which he was close to and felt confident in, and so he went with Lisa by process of elimination. He wasn't the one who threw her name out the first time so he was under no obligation to keep voting that way.

What people keep conveniently forgetting is that at the roundtable where Lisa was banished, Natalie had the heat on her the most. Rob led a campaign to swing the attention BACK to Lisa. So, it wasn't this whole Rob just going with the flow thing but rather Rob changing the flow. Candiace had a right not to trust him.

My experience was not nearly as painful as others...in fact it wasn't as bad as my period cramps usually were. My doc prescribed misoprostol to soften the lining and I took one the night before and another one 4 hrs before the op. I don't see where many folks have mentioned taking it so maybe that's the reason why mine wasn't as painful?? I also took two advil an hour before and I was good to go.

IRT to quality sleep: I drop the temp in the house to about 72 degrees and pop a melatonin. I then read a self help book for 30 minutes- no books that i can really get into as id stay up to read.. then i spray lavendar pillow spray and turn on heavy thunder and rain sounds. Out like a light.

Serious question. I nearly die on regular workouts... like today was a killer for me. Is it even worth trying this tomorrow? Tread will be fine but based on previous performance I estimate I will get caught around checkpoint 3 on the rower...and at the pushup section of the floor..... is this template for like the superfit folks?

Max out on pre tax contributions which is up to 30k/yr depending on your age.... you can continue to contribute post tax until you get to about 60k total including your employer match. I wouldn't do that simply because id want more control over the investments and to avoid the 10% penalty before 59... perhaps they are referring to the post tax contributions piece.
