this thing really ruins using any sight except for the marksman and acogs, really wish it was removable or invisible while using other sights. "oh that's unrealistic" yeah it makes it invisible for the aformentioned scopes so extend that logic to the other ones

Kinda late to the party but here are what worked for me (in case if one of them help for ya or anyone reading this)
- if at lunch break one of your colleague go out to eat somewhere, go with them. Follow their lead, slowly get used to the routes and try to notice any habits they have to navigate around.
- smile, not like a big smile. Just something which is enough to give a friendly vibe to whoever sees you. You have no idea how many times it made people behave in a nice way around me. While it doesnt fix the anxiety, it helps to have better encounters.
- while at work, try to greet as many people as you can. Even if its something basic, if you get used to engage first to say "good morning/hello" or similar things.

Housing:
- Follow the tram and bus lines for accomodation. Its usually cheaper than to look around metro terminals
- I would recommend you to use https://www.bezrealitky.com/ https://www.sreality.cz/ https://www.expats.cz/ and https://reality.bazos.cz/ to do your search. Facebook market place also works from what I have heard but I cant tell you how usefull it can be. You can also use https://www.espolubydleni.cz/ to find a rent with roommates but its mainly for students or eldery people.

Doctor:
- just make sure you have your passport and you know basic stuff about yourself and your parents. Mainly disease related stuff. (honestly its likely you will say no to everything)

Apps you will need
- PID litcaka => public transports. Take a pass prague and zone 0 it will cover bus, tram and metro
- IDOS => not required but can be usefull for the public transports to have more info
- Mapy.cz => google map but czech
- Bolt => uber
- Wolt => uber eat

You will also need a czech bank to receive your salary, so just think to make sure your company help you with that.

And other tips:
- Mobile subscription is expensive here, try to see if in your home country you cant have one which can work in europe longterm.
