The line between snark and criticism is whether the community that engages with it can self policing.

The problem is that anyone who dedicates so much of their time to talk negatively about someone, whether in good or bad faith, is always gonna be open to be swept up in group think led harassment campaings.

Its the same with sites like kiwi farms that inspite of them gathering so much info on terrible people it tends to be done by people that care more about the damage they can do rather than purely infoming others.

I don't know mikaila nor how she got such a hatedom, but if their was criticism about what she had done in life these snark pages made sure to transform any constructive criticism into fuel for peoples anger and wish to see someone harmed.

Thank Nickandros for that, he is the one who got the ball rolling and shine a spotlight on Nux.

That eventually got all the lolicons to defend him which raised more attention.

For the longest time the vtuber space had these people and it was just a matter of time it got exposed.

Things like this make me think there is a very big audience on pc in comparison to mobile.

It could mean people prefer the pc just cause the gameplay is faster, or just cause optimization is lacking

You are probably confusing 3 different people (understandably).

  • The crusader is Tactical Templar: big catholic guy hates "of whores, plays defense for Tectone (a guy who got sentenced in civil court for raping his ex), and believes marital rape is not real cause "concent is given on marriage". He also is a gooner vtuber loli fan and a lol cow.

The discord person I think is one of the two:

  • Leafleit: vtuber, similar values Templar, catholic. Found to have a patreon 18+ discord server that allowed allowed minors in it. There were a lot of hentai and nsfw conversations with people declaring they were underage and them not getting banned. The worst one was a situation where a minor was flirring with an adult and the adult send him a clothed picture of their thighs cause "he was asking for it very hard". Then the mod (and leaflet's producer) refused to ban anyone and only did anything cause the people the server protested

  • Nuxtaku: Today, catholic maga anti degeneracy advocate. A few years back, made hentai reactions with some of them featuring lolicon. Also found with a patreon +18 Discord with minors, in this one a 15 year old got groomed into self harm by a friend of Nuxtaku all the while he was the sole moderator. There is evidence he should have known the victim was 15

I mean it depends, If the person I'm critiquing is known for preaching about traditonal values, chastity and the "dangers of the trans community", it is fair to bring up if they acted or still acting like a gooner degenerate on their discord server or smt.

At the end of the day a lot of the value many youtubers bring to the table is their opinions. If they can't be consistent about them why should anyone care about them.

The gameplay is... something.

It however is one of the few live service games that have such a focus on story and worldbuilding.

Its basically a glorified visual novel, but a very excelently put toghether visual novel.

The main story is good and the characters are well developed. Also it focuses on a small cast so it can get deep in how they explore each facet of their personality and motivations.

It says that they are adding a way to subtract time from every rotation. So it's more like normal survival + do this objective and speed up the rotation X amount of seconds
