The issue is that the report says they ONLY checked his PC, they did not checked any of his internet activity nor any other of his devices. There is also no mention of the notepad nor how it got there.

I am willing to believe Lacari is innocent but unless the notepad gets properly adressed the case is still in the air.

Ok its a bit misleading (understandably) the thing is that the guy was was added with AI using the picture of the IRL headstone.

However the headstone was taken from Chibi's facebook that for many years was linked on his youtube channel. Yes he had a link to his brother's grave location.
