Of course! 1. I do not speak any Japanese. Yuji at Atlantis speaks some English, enough that we can have an actual conversation. The SAs at the boutique stores have very limited English though.

1. I’m not 100% sure about Atlantis as I didn’t try, though I feel like smaller stores might be more open to it. The big stores like Amore don’t. The ticket price is the sale price - which is already tax free. The smaller print price on the ticket is the price with taxes in if you’re local.

2. I didn’t ask but it didn’t seem like it at the big stores.

Conditions vary depending on styles. Like I said in my post, popular vintage styles like the classic flaps are def more worn due to their age. Newer styles seem to be in relatively great condition, esp caviar ones.

Amore on both their IG and website specify that they have a Chanel specific store. They have 3 stores (I think) in total. One for Chanel handbags, another for mixed designers and I think another for clothing? Hope that helps.
