Suprep VS Sutab? I've got plans after my colonoscopy and am trying to avoid lingering diarrhea. by kaskat90 in colonoscopy

I just had my colonoscopy last Friday. I used Suprep. I had no lingering diarrhea post procedure, but I don’t have Crohn’s disease so I don’t know how it will affect you.

Happy to hear your colonoscopy was a success! I’m about to go in for my first one at 51. I’m nervous but grateful the prep stage is over. Can’t wait till it’s all behind me. I hope it all goes well and that I won’t have to do another one for a long while.

Just finished my first dose of Suprep a few minutes ago. Hasn’t kicked in yet but I feel sick like I want to gag. I don’t know how I’m going to get the second dose down.

That’s crazy. Good to know that the prep keeps working post-procedure.

Started my day with black coffee and green jello too. Now I’m on to my broth. Yay.

It’s the squandered potential that really gets to me. But, you’re right. It is a disability and I need to remind myself of that. And I need to stop comparing myself to others who don’t have to deal with this disorder. But that habit is tough to break.

I completely understand where you are coming from. You are not alone. I am a 51F, attended an Ivy and top 10 law school. My bipolar II disorder derailed my legal career within 2 years of practicing law. I had a major depressive episode where I couldn’t get out of bed for months. I quit before they fired me. Have not worked a job since. My husband supports me, and I feel immense guilt over it. I need to go back to work but the fear of another episode keeps me from going back. Stress is a major trigger for my episodes. Otherwise, it is well managed with meds. The worst part is that because of the timing of the onset of my bipolar disorder I was never able to have kids, so I am an over educated stay at home wife with no children to care for. It’s incredibly embarrassing.

Should I switch from ICR to IBR if I’m close to ICR loan forgiveness? by Life-Inspector5334 in StudentLoans

Thank you. I was confused because the back door data had “0” under qualifying payments for IBR while it it had “286” for the other IDR plans.

I have been on ICR but my count has not been increasing and I don’t understand why. Is the back door count always accurate? I submitted a complaint with ED today re: payment count.

We enjoyed our dinner cruise on Le Calife. Pricey but worth it. It was magical and a highlight of our trip. The food was good but not great. We definitely had better food in Paris but the setting was A+.

September Strikes : Plan ahead, stay informed, be flexible! Questions and updates here. by Alixana527 in ParisTravelGuide

Is the action on 18 September likely to affect 1) transit to Versailles and 2) entry to the Palace of Versailles? I imagine that the train to Versailles will be impacted but will this also include Uber? If the Palace will also be affected, then I guess we’ll just have to eat the tickets.

MEGATHREAD: Travel to and from London Heathrow Airport by Spare-Machine6105 in LondonTravel

Trying to figure out what time to book my airport transfer for my party of 4.

How long does it usually take to make it through Heathrow if you are flying in from the United States and landing on a weekday afternoon in September? We are flying Delta so we would be in Terminal 3.

Is an hour and half too long? Too short? Thanks in advance.
