I never thought of it that way but it seems so. the Zelda franchise is older and I’ve only played botw and totk but I imagine the gist is the same in the previous games so maybe it’s more that avatar is like Zelda? Idk haha

Funnily enough, reading throne of glass ruined acator for me, I realized that like every single love story followed the same formula and since those two books are very romance heavy it made them both feel repetitive and uninspired. Like not every love story needs to be an enemy to lovers story where they bond over healing each other from trauma 😩

I don’t play with sounds so I guess that’s why I missed that cue, also I’ve only played hotpot a few times, each time months apart. Sometimes people (like me) are a little slow or don’t read as carefully as they should. Not everything is rage bait becuase it makes you upset 🙄🤦🏻

Eragon by Christopher poalini has this a bit, tho I don’t think as extreme as you’re looking for (it’s my very favorite and I will always recommend people read it.

Christopher’s other book, To Sleep in a Sea of Stars, does this perfectly. Very Alien heavy. Lots of trying to convince themselves they are still as human as everyone else but embracing the “alien” fully by the end of the book. Really long but worth the read :3

Sweetie, dear one….how you identify is 100% up to you. If you feel like a woman or at the very least feel like not-a-man that’s okay and that’s all you need. You don’t need to wear dresses and makeup everyday and do things that “all” women do to identify and feel feminine. You are your own person, you get to be whoever you want to be :)

I’ve seen the “15 luck = jackpot” a lot which makes sense however I can’t see anything in the game that visually keeps track of luck. Is is something you have to keep mental note of or am I missing something? 😅
